Orders

how can I place an order?

You can easily place an order by going to the desired item. You will then have the option to select a color and a size. You can then find the desired items in your shopping cart. From here you can pay for your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, an account is not required for this. However, we do recommend creating an account. This way you can easily view your orders and be guided through the ordering process more quickly.

Do all prices include VAT?

All prices mentioned on our website include VAT. Any shipping costs will be calculated at check out. Shipping is free for orders above €75.

An item I would like to order is no longer in stock, will this item be back?

If an item is not listed in the webshop, it is (temporarily) out of stock and therefore cannot be ordered. Unfortunately, we cannot promise in advance whether these items will still be in stock. Beautiful new items come online every week, and we also replenish stocks every week. Therefore, keep a close eye on the website during this period or send us a message and we will check it for you.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?

It may take a few minutes before you receive a confirmation email.
Did you really not receive anything? The confirmation email may have ended up in your spam or unwanted email. If that is not the case, please contact us. Please include a screenshot of your bank statement or confirmation page so we can better assist you.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for your order are €4.95. If you order for €75 or more, we will ship your order for free.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an email about this. When your order has been packed, you will receive a new email with a Track & Trace link with which you can track your order. You can also change your delivery time here if you are not at home.

Can I have my order delivered at another time?

That's certainly possible! You can choose your own delivery time in the email in which you receive a Track & Trace link from us. Tip: Choose a delivery time in the evening if you have to work during the day.

Can I also have my order delivered to a different address?

Do you know in advance that you will not be at home to receive the package or are you placing an order as a gift? You can then choose to have the order delivered to an address other than the billing address. You can indicate this when you are going to complete your order.

Is your order incorrect or was it delivered incorrectly?

You can easily place an order by going to the desired item. You will then have the option to select a color and a size. You can then find the desired items in your shopping cart. From here you can pay for your order.

Returns

How can I return an item?

It may happen that ordered items are not as expected. No problem! At G-maxx you can easily return ordered items within 14 days of receipt.

Please follow these next steps to return your package:

  1. Click here to register your return via Go-Parcel. Don't forget to place a hash symbol (#) in front of your order number when searching for your order.
  2. Please indicate which items you would like to return. We would also like to know why you are returning it, in order to improve our service.
  3. You can then print a return label and stick it on the package.
  4. Take the return package to a nearest DHL service point .
  5. We advise you to keep the receipt with the Track & Trace code until your return has been processed. Unfortunately, without proof of shipment, we cannot help you with packages that have been lost in the post.

What are the conditions for returning an item?

In order to process returns, the items must meet the following conditions:

  1. Items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  2. There are no stains on the items
  3. The item must be neatly folded in the original packaging
  4. Original tags and labels are still intact and attached to the items
  5. Items must be returned in the same packaging
  6. Returns without registration via Go-Parcel will not be processed
  7. Returns must be sent well packaged and closed. G-maxx is not liable for items that are damaged or lost during the shipping process due to the sender's negligence.


Please note: returns that do not meet our return conditions will be returned to the sender at your own expense.

What are the return costs?

If you register your return via Go-Parcel, the return costs are €5.25 for all shipments from the Netherlands. Returns from Belgium amount to €5.95. Read under the heading ' How can I return an item? ' how to return an item.

Within how many days can I return an order?

You can register the order with us within 14 days of receipt via the online Go-Parcel form. After the 14-day period, it is unfortunately no longer possible to register an order via the online returns form and return the order.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once your return has arrived with us, it may take up to 14 days for the return package to be processed. During sales or other promotions this may take a little longer. As soon as your return package has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. Please note: this is not the same notification that you receive from the mail order company that your return has been received by us. From this moment on, our returns team will start processing the refund. Once the refund has been processed, it will take 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank, until the amount is credited to the account number used to pay.

Can I combine multiple orders into one return?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple orders into one return. Via Go-Parcel you register the items that you want to return within the relevant order. It is therefore not possible to register and return items from different orders in one go.

Can sale items be returned?

Naturally! Discounted items can simply be returned. The same return conditions apply to sale items as all other items. See the heading 'What are the conditions for returning an item?'

Can I return an online order at a G-maxx boutique or the head office?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return an online order at a boutique or drop off a return at the head office. You can register your return online, see the heading 'How can I return an item?' .

Payments

Apple Pay

Apple Pay works on the Apple devices you already use every day. You can pay with us contactlessly without having to enter your payment details every time. Simple and safe. To do this, your debit/credit card must be linked to the Wallet on your Apple device.

I have a discount code. How can I redeem this?

Do you have a discount code? Then you can redeem it at checkout. You can enter this after you proceed from the shopping cart to check out. If the discount amount and the invoice amount do not match, you must pay the outstanding amount via the desired payment method.

How does a refund work?

If you return items within the return period (14 days), it will take 2 to 5 business days for the money to be credited to the account number used for payment. You don't have to do anything else for this.

How do I file a complaint and what is the procedure for complaints?

If you unexpectedly have a complaint about our products or service, you can contact us via the contact form . You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint.

Which warranty applies to the products.

The legal warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
