Delivery time & shipping costs
Delivery
When your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link with which you can track your order. You can also change your delivery time here if you are not at home. If you are not at home when the package is delivered, our carrier will first make an attempt at the neighbors. If this fails, a new delivery order will be scheduled.

The shipping costs for your order are €4.95. If you order for €75 or more, we will ship your order for free.
Return costs for your order
The return costs of your order are €5.25 from the Netherlands and €5.95 from Belgium.
