How can I return an item?
It may happen that ordered items are not as expected. No problem! At G-maxx you can easily return ordered items within 14 days of receipt.
Please follow these next steps to return your package:
- Click here to register your return via Go-Parcel. Don't forget to place a hash symbol (#) in front of your order number when searching for your order.
- Please indicate which items you would like to return. We would also like to know why you are returning it, in order to improve our service.
- You can then print a return label and stick it on the package.
- Take the return package to a nearest one DHL service point .
- We advise you to keep the receipt with the Track & Trace code until your return has been processed. Unfortunately, without proof of shipment, we cannot help you with packages that have been lost in the post.

What are the conditions for returning an item?
In order to process returns, the items must meet the following conditions:
- Items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- There are no stains on the items
- The item must be neatly folded in the original packaging
- Original tags and labels are still intact and attached to the items
- Items must be returned in the same packaging
- Returns without registration via Go-Parcel will not be processed.
- Returns must be sent well packaged and closed. G-maxx is not liable for items that are damaged or lost during the shipping process due to the sender's negligence.
Please note: returns that do not meet our return conditions will be returned to the sender at your own expense.

What are the return costs?
If you register your return via Go-Parcel, the return costs are €5.25 for all shipments from the Netherlands. Returns from Belgium amount to €5.95. Read under the heading ' How can I return an item? ' how to return an item.

Within how many days can I return an order?
You can register the order with us within 14 days of receipt via the online Go-Parcel form. After the 14-day period, it is unfortunately no longer possible to register an order via the online returns form and return the order.

How long will it take to process my return?
Once your return has arrived with us, it may take up to 14 days for the return package to be processed. During sales or other promotions this may take a little longer. As soon as your return package has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. Please note: this is not the same notification that you receive from the mail order company that your return has been received by us. From this moment on, our returns team will start processing the refund. Once the refund has been processed, it will take 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank, until the amount is credited to the account number used to pay.

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item. We recommend returning the item and then placing a new order on the website. This way you can be assured that the item is still in stock and we avoid disappointments. It is also not possible to offset payments with each other.

Can I combine multiple orders into one return?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple orders into one return. Via Go-Parcel you register the items that you want to return within the relevant order. It is therefore not possible to register and return items from different orders in one go.

Can sale items be returned?
Naturally! Discounted items can simply be returned. The same return conditions apply to sale items as to all other items. See the heading 'What are the conditions for returning an item?'

Can I return an online order at a G-maxx boutique or the head office?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return an online order at a boutique or drop off a return at the head office. You can register your return online, see the heading below 'How can I return an item?' .
